Paintball Bookings
When Should We Book In?
You should book your paintball session at least 2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time, especially for larger groups, as popular times can fill up quickly. Whilst we try our best to accommodate last minute bookings, ideally we require at least 24 hours notice. Booking further ahead ensures availability and gives us time to prepare staff and equipment for your group.
Bookings
Bookings are essential, sorry but you cannot just turn up and play! A deposit is required to secure the booking
To create a session there is no minimum players for public sessions, however you will need at least 6 players for weekday session and 10 players for a private session
If there is more than 3 days before session you have the option to pay a deposit or full payment at time of booking, you can then choose to pay the balance on the day or you can collect full payment from your group and take advantage of the prepaid group packages by paying in full at least 3 days before your session

Conditions
Eligibility:
Players MUST be 15 years old or over. Players under the age of 18 will need an adult to sign their waiver. Players MUST NOT be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Players MUST NOT be a prohibited person (DVO, firearm, drug or any violent offence)
Sessions:
Sessions run for approx 3 hours, sessions include check-in, game briefings, up to 60 minutes of fully supervised games, rest breaks in between games and check-out.
Check-in:
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the session start time. Check-in process includes paperwork, payment, equipment issue and safety briefing. Please note players MUST arrive by the time the safety briefing has begun or they will miss out on their session.
Games:
The session includes up to 3 sets of games, each set consists of 2 games that last for 10 minutes. There is a rest/drink break between each set of games.
Refunds:
At least a weeks notice is required to cancel (please note a 10% cancellation fee will apply) or 24 hours to postpone a session. A minimum of 6 players must play for a session to go ahead. Customers will receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to unforseen extreme weather or other circumstances. No-shows will forfeit their deposit.
Extreme Weather:
Sessions may be postponed or cancelled due to extreme weather up to 1 hour prior to session start time. Extreme weather is considered to be: torrential rain, 60+ km/h winds or 38+ degree heat.
